This page contains answers to frequently asked questions of users that doesn't have Ecome yet. FAQ for users and partners is located in Ecome software.

Can I get Ecome as an individual?

We are not currently supporting or selling Ecome licences to individuals. However we provide Ecome licences to non-registered organizations.

Can I provide Ecome licences to my own clients?

Yes you can. Apply as a designer or partner for a reseller account. We will process your application within one day.

Can I import or manage multiple sites within one account?

You can have unlimited number of different sites under your own user account. Each service requires it's own licence though. You can easily move between sites within our software.

How long will it take to open up an account?

It takes about 2-5 minutes to sign up. After that you will be able to start building your site immediately.

Can I transfer my own site to Ecome?

You can easily transfer your existing web site to Ecome including the layout and the content. If you do not know any html/css you can ask us to transfer your site.

Do I have to install a software?

No you don't. Ecome runs completely in your web browser and is accessible anywhere you are.

Can I get a licence for free?

Sometimes we support good causes and provide a free licence to a non commercial purposes. Please feel free to apply for one.
